3. Booking Appointments/Training Courses

By booking an appointment or training course through the Site, you agree to:

  • Comply with our scheduling, preparation, and aftercare requirements

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.

3.1 Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for appointments

​

  • Non-Refundable Deposits

All appointment bookings require a deposit. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable — no exceptions.

Transfer of Deposits

Deposits may only be transferred to a new appointment if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

 

  • Rescheduling Requirements

If you need to reschedule and sufficient notice (48 hours) is provided, the remaining balance of your appointment must be paid in full before the new date can be secured.

 

  • Late Notice / No-Show

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

3.1 Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for training

    •    Your training space is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

    •    All training deposits are strictly non-refundable.

    •    If you need to change your training date, this must be done at least 14 days before your scheduled course.

•⁠  ⁠Date changes requested with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future date.

•⁠  ⁠⁠The remaining balance of your training course must be paid in full at the time of rescheduling before the booking can be amended and new date can be secured

4. Payments & Deposits

If deposits or payments are required for certain services:

  • All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or booking

  • You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings

 

5. No Medical Advice
