Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable to a new appointment if we are informed up to 48 hours of your original appointment. If informed less than 48 hours before, your deposit will be lost and non-transferable. Deposits are only transferable once and if the same appointment needs rescheduling over once, your deposit will be lost.
