With extensive experience across intensive care, surgical, private sector and acute NHS settings, she continues to work weekly within both the NHS and private healthcare alongside running daily aesthetic clinics. Dolled Aesthetics achieved Save Face Accreditation in 2022, earning platinum clinic and practitioner status in 2024 and 2025. Save Face, the UK’s No.1 government-approved register for medical aesthetic treatments - assesses clinics through a rigorous 116-point process, ensuring the highest standards of safety, practice, and practitioner qualification. Roma entered aesthetics in 2017 and has since completed numerous advanced injectable courses across the UK. She expanded Dolled Aesthetics in 2018 by introducing medical skincare, chemical peels, and the Million Dollar Facial, followed by the 3D-Hydro2Facial in 2019 and medical skincare retail. Dolled offers prescriptive Obagi Medical, ZO Skin Health and PCA Skin systems, as well as non-prescriptive medi-skin products available in-clinic and online. In 2020, Semi-Permanent Makeup was added after Roma trained with leading UK SPMU artists. Dolled Academy launched in 2021, offering accredited beginner and advanced injectable masterclasses.
